Buderim Ginger has launched a Ginger Beer Home Brew Kit, designed for home brewers who want to enjoy ginger beer in their own homes.
The easy-to-follow kit includes 80 per cent authentic ginger syrup and everything needed in a 1kg container. Each kit makes 20 litres of ginger beer along with brewing yeast and nutrients, resulting in a beverage with approximately 4 per cent alcohol by volume.
According to the brand, the ginger syrup is sourced from its Yandina factory, delivering an authentic and tasteful ginger flavour for Buderim Ginger.
“We’re thrilled to introduce our Ginger Beer Home Brew Kit, which has been expertly crafted with a clean brewing yeast to deliver a fresh, zingy ginger beer with a robust kick and minimal yeast flavour,” said product manager Millie Mae.
The Ginger Beer Home Brew Kit is available throughout the brand’s distribution partner Bevie and will be available at leading home brew retail stores nationwide.
