Cadbury, Peters Ice Cream to open pop-up store in Sydney

Cadbury and Peters Ice Cream are collaborating to open a pop-up store – Chocbuster – in Sydney, offering 8000 free Choc Tops and popcorn.

The store, located near Wynyard Station, will open on August 28 and 29. The venue is inspired by 90s video rental establishments, with DVD covers inspired by iconic films of the past. There is also a 1.6-metre-high enormous Cadbury Choc Top for photographing.

“Australians love a cozy movie night in, and to celebrate the recent launch of our new Cadbury Choc Tops, we wanted to inspire consumers to recreate the ultimate movie night at home through Chocbuster, where we’ll be giving away 8000 free Choc Tops to Cadbury fans in Sydney,” said senior brand manager at Peters Ice Cream, Vanessa Mason.

The pop-up launch is part of the brand’s strategy for its Cadbury Choc Tops products, which are now available at Coles, Woolworths and independent grocery stores nationwide in a pack of four.

Peters Ice Cream, founded in 1907, is one of Australia’s most beloved ice cream companies. The brand teamed up with Cadbury to introduce the Cadbury Choc Tops earlier this month.
