Reese’s to launch Reese’s-taurant popup in Sydney

Peanut butter brand Reese’s will open its first experience popup – Reese’s-taurant – at Sydney’s Grana Privato, offering dishes inspired by peanut butter and chocolate.

The event will feature SMH Good Food Guide 2023 NSW Chef of the Year finalist – Alex Wong, who will showcase his six peanut butter- and chocolate-infused dishes.

“Peanut butter and chocolate is such a mouth-watering combination, and a winning inspiration point for this menu that highlights salt and sweetness, and is sure to be anything but ordinary,” said Wong.

“This menu is all about having a bit of fun, with nods to my favourite Italian and Asian flavours, plus a hint of American comfort.”

The ‘Anything But Ordinary’ menu includes specialities such as chicken spiedini with peanut chocolate ‘satay’, Wagyu rib cap with Reese’s peanut butter ‘rendang’, and caramel milk punch mocktail.

Reese’s and Wong will also share the recipes on social media, allowing Australians to recreate the ‘Anything But Ordinary’ meal at home.

The Reese’s-taurant experience will expand throughout Australia next year in conjunction with the right hospitality partners.
