Minecraft has expanded its grocery licensing in Australia and New Zealand through a partnership with snack company Nibblish to launch Minecraft Pure Fruit Swirls.
Available in Mango, Raspberry, and Strawberry, the range has rolled out this month in Woolworths in Australia, and in New World, Pak’nSave, and The Warehouse Group stores in New Zealand.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan-friendly, the swirls are made with real fruit and contain no added sugar, artificial colours, or preservatives.
Each box includes five pillow pack pouches, each with two swirls and a Minecraft-themed fact card. Forty cards are available, with 20 ‘golden ticket’ editions offering prizes including Xbox Series S consoles and Minecoins.
“It’s a great moment for us to partner with the team at Minecraft,” said Nibblish CEO Matthew Bennett.
Minecraft Pure Fruit Swirls are priced at $6 in Woolworths Australia. In New Zealand, they are available at New World (NZ$6.49), Pak’nSave ($5.99), and The Warehouse Group ($6.49 multipack or $1.79 single serve).
The partnership was brokered by FMCG agency Asembl on behalf of Merchantwise, Minecraft’s licensing agency in Australia and New Zealand.
