Robern Menz unveils Easter treats

South Australian chocolatier Robern Menz has unveiled its Easter range with limited edition Menz FruChoc and Violet Crumble eggs and a Violet Crumble Bunny, which will be permanently available in stores nationwide.

“Easter is a great opportunity for confectionery brands to release new formats of everyone’s favourite products. Here in South Australia, the weather is beginning to cool, and people are looking forward to the Easter break, so it’s the perfect time to introduce a fun new version of both Violet Crumble and the Menz FruChoc. We only have limited stock available so I’d recommend hopping on down to the shops soon to stock up!” Phil Menz, CEO of Robern Menz commented.

Menz FruChoc Easter egg is a 110g egg with milk chocolate shell filled with a peach and apricot centre. It is available in an eight pack at Foodland supermarkets, selected gourmet fruit and veggies stores and Blackwood Health.

Robern Menz partnered with Kytons Bakery, which also baked the FruChocs Hot Cross Bun. The confectionery giant said the partnership began as a fun radio stunt eight years ago and has become an annual twist to the traditional Easter treat.

The Violet Crumble Easter Egg (110g) is made of milk chocolate with honeycomb pieces. Both chocolate eggs are sold in South Australia for a limited time in Romeo’s, Drakes Supermarkets, Foodland SA, Cheap as Chips, National Variety and the three FruChocs shops – in Glynde, McLaren Vale and Hahndorf.

Aussies living outside SA can get their hands on the Violet Crumble Bunny beyond April. The 30g chocolate treat features honeycomb pieces in milk chocolate. It is available in Coles and Caltex nationally.
