Coopers Brewery is releasing its Dark Ale in a 375ml can for the first time, responding to a growing customer demand across Australia.
Previously available in bottles and kegs, Coopers Dark Ale will hit shelves nationwide this month in a brown can as part of a limited release.
“More and more fans have been asking for Dark Ale in a can to the point that it’s been our most requested new product development in the past 12 months,” Coopers MD Michael Shearer said.
“Coopers is always keen to hear from our fans, and we’re pleased to be able to meet this request, even if it is just for a limited time.”
Brewed with all malt and naturally conditioned, Coopers Dark Ale is known for its amber colour and rich, full-bodied flavour. According to Shearer, the team trialled the canned format and is confident it delivers the same quality Coopers drinkers expect.
The limited-edition cans are now available at retailers nationwide. Coopers Brewery also teamed up with Australian band Ocean Alley to release a limited-edition beer, the Ocean Alley Ale, in March.
