Australian baking brand Mt Elephant has partnered with New Zealand-based spread manufacturer Pic’s Peanut Butter to launch a new ‘Better-For-You Cookie Mix’.

The product rollout responds to growing consumer demand for convenient home-baking products with ‘mindful’ ingredients that contain no artificial colours, flavours or added preservatives.

Packaged in 375g units, the mixture combines a choc-fudge base with peanut butter and requires two ingredients, a preparation time of five minutes, and a baking time of 12 minutes.

“Both brands share a passion for quality ingredients and creating products people genuinely enjoy,” said Natalie Butler, CEO of parent company Elixinol Wellness.

“We wanted to create something nostalgic and delicious, while still aligning with the growing demand for better-for-you pantry staples,” said Butler.

The company recently updated its pancake line to feature a paper-based ‘Mix & Pour’ format, reducing commercial plastic use while maintaining consumer convenience in preparation.

The Mt Elephant x Pic’s Peanut Butter Cookie Mix is available nationally at Coles and independent retailers across Australia for an RRP of $8.50.

Elixinol Wellness Limited is a sustainable nutrition and wellness company operating across

Australia and the US. The company owns and operates several brands, including The Healthy Chef, Hemp Foods Australia, Mt Elephant, and The Australian Superfood Co.

Last month, Menz Violet Crumble and Betty Crocker partnered for a new baking mix range.
